MARKET ANALYSIS

This initial analysis of the market and competitor situation includes a consumer’s attitude survey. The aim is to see whether the British market is at all interesting and, if so, recommend an initial price-strategy and target audience profile.

TEST LAUNCH

The idea of the test launch is to get maximum amount of feedback during a limited period, usually 2-4 months. Selling the products in appropriate outlets and food markets enables us to receive direct response from thousands of consumers as well as shop buyers, at a low cost and completely without risk for you. We may also, if desired, use the outcome as base for creating a marketing plan and suggested launch strategy. The test period can also be combined with pr, liaising with press prior to the actual launch.

LABEL DESIGN & TRANSLATION

Given London’s current offer of interesting foods from around the world, new products need not only to be delicious – they have to stand out on the shop shelf and appeal to the consumer too. We have a wealth of creative and experienced designers in our network, who specialise in product and packaging design. Whether you need help with creation of labels that are adapted to the UK market, but without losing the brand feel, or translation of an existing label, we can help.

SALE & SUPPORT

Our offer includes initial contact with relevant wholesalers/distributors and shops, depending on agreed sale strategy, as well as continuous sale support. Storing your products in our warehouse minimizes the risk for you as well as the British companies involved (most distributors avoid importing foods completely, or require double margins for the increased risk such activity means) and one point of contact ease transactions.

MARKETING

Promotion is an extremely important tool to make consumers aware of your product, and encourage purchase. We act as the spider in the web and handle media relations, in-store promotions, fairs and events.
