NEW NORDIC FOOD, CATERING AND PRODUCTS
We are two Swedes who love cooking, eating and drinking. We also think that Nordic food has been unfairly treated - too much herring and meatballs and too little of fantastic quality produce that we actually eat. That's what we are here to change.
We like to see ourselves as promoters of the Nordic Diet (i.e. food from Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland), and source food and drink products that in our opinion are good representatives of the modern, yet authentic, Nordic Diet. The Malmo range is combined with loads of inspirational information and recipes – eating well should be a pleasure!
Our PRODUCTS are natural and made by producers who love what they do and often have been doing it for generations. Our foods are also good representatives of the Nordic Diet in the sense that dietary fibers, unsaturated fats and slow carbohydrates are all important components.
